panasonic launched an all-new budget 3G-capable smartphone, the P75 in India at a price of Rs 5,990. The highlight of the phone is its massive 5,000mAh battery. The P75 weighs just 157 grams despite having such a sizeable battery inside.
The Panasonic P75 comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is further expandable by up to 32GB via microSD card.
The dualSIM phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Sail UI.
The P75 sports an 8-megapixel camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
The P75 will be available in two colours: Champagne Gold and Sand Black and will include a protective screen guard worth Rs 399 as a free accessory inside the box.
"With the increased usage of smart phones nowadays, we offer our consumers a long lasting 5,000mAH battery smartphone capable of turn-by- turn navigation as well, thereby assisting our consumers on the go," Pankaj Rana, business head - mobility division, Panasonic India, said.
Panasonic recently launched the T44 and T30 smartphones in India at Rs 4,290 and Rs 3,290 respectively. Both phones come with 4-inch WVGA display and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory which is expandable by up to 32GB. While the T44 runs Android Marshmallow-based Sail UI, the T30 runs Android Lollipop-based Sail UI.
